Arrivane vs SwipedOn: comparing today’s Sign In App plans

SwipedOn now directs pricing enquiries to Sign In App. If you are researching the familiar SwipedOn name, the useful comparison is with the current Sign In App offer, rather than an old price card or a promised future package. This page uses the same current plan data as our Sign In App comparison.

When SwipedOn is a better fit

The Sign In App offering may be attractive if you want Companion applications, workplace booking, delivery handling and shared evacuation tools alongside sign-in. An existing SwipedOn customer should ask the provider which features and migration arrangements apply to its account today. New-plan marketing is not a substitute for that account-specific confirmation.

For HIPAA requirements, evaluate the current Sign In App HIPAA offering directly with its team. Arrivane does not offer HIPAA compliance or a Business Associate Agreement. Do not assume a legacy SwipedOn contract includes Sign In App’s current HIPAA setup.

The published Australian site subscriptions are annual: Core at A$835, Enhanced at A$1,675 and Pro at A$2,515, with Executive available by quote. Check current inclusions, tax and contract terms. SwipedOn and Sign In App are not treated here as two independent providers with unrelated current pricing.

When Arrivane is a better fit

Arrivane offers a separate browser-based service with visitor preparation, site inductions, contractor documents, screening, attendance and reporting in one monthly site plan. It can suit a reception team that wants those arrival tasks together without the booking or mailroom features of a wider workplace package.

The practical comparison is more useful than a brand comparison. Try the paired reception flow, record a departure, review an unresolved visit and check your printer. Arrivane uses browser printing and installable web apps. It does not promise the same native-app, hardware or automation behavior as another product.

How to decide

Stay with or choose the current Sign In App offering if its account arrangements and wider workplace tools fit you. Consider Arrivane when its included arrival workflows and monthly commercial model are the better match. Plan any migration around verified records, permissions and working hardware, rather than the change of product name alone.
