Accounts and authority
Use accurate account details and keep your access secure. If you create or manage a workplace for an organisation, you must have authority to do so and to provide its information. Each organisation is responsible for assigning appropriate roles, checking site access and managing shared reception devices. Personal Connect features do not by themselves grant access to a workplace.
What the service does
Arrivane supports visitor, contractor and employee arrival workflows, site instructions, passes, attendance records, reporting and related workplace administration. The current plan and configured features determine what is available to your workspace. Hardware and connected provider accounts are separate unless expressly included in an accepted order.
Arrivane records actions and information supplied to it. A QR code, directory entry, location reading, induction acknowledgement or completed quiz does not prove identity, physical presence, competence or permission to enter a site. Roll calls and incident records support your procedures; they do not replace emergency response arrangements or guarantee a complete occupancy register.
Your information and workplace obligations
You retain your rights in information you provide. You authorise us to process it as needed to operate the service and carry out your instructions. Your organisation is responsible for its collection notices, lawful basis or permissions, site instructions, authorised access and retention choices. Keep host and site details current, review unresolved visits and check records before relying on them.
Do not use Arrivane to collect information unlawfully, send unsolicited messages, impersonate others, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or infringe another person’s rights. Only upload material you are authorised to provide.
Subscriptions and payment
The amount, currency, site quantity, applicable tax and billing period are shown before payment. Arrivane Free has no subscription charge and includes 100 visitor sign-ins per UTC calendar month at one location, host notifications and visitor-only roll call. Inductions, custom forms and pass printing require Complete. The Complete offer is a monthly per-location subscription in Australian dollars, excluding applicable tax. A site is an operating location; staff accounts and paired reception tablets are not separate site seats. Each paid location includes one pooled meeting-room allowance. Additional meeting rooms are billed separately at the price and quantity reviewed before confirmation. Rooms may optionally be assigned to a location. Quantity increases depend on payment confirmation; scheduled reductions must cover your existing sites and active rooms.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can manage billing and cancel through your workspace billing controls. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Any trial is subject to the eligibility and duration shown in the app. After a no-card trial, unpaid workspaces use Free without an automatic charge. New arrivals pause at the Free allowance until the next UTC month or an upgrade; departures and existing safety records remain available. Starting a paid checkout is an explicit purchase; check when paid billing begins before confirming it.
A new public price does not automatically change the agreed price of an existing subscription. Any change to an existing agreement must be communicated and handled in accordance with that agreement and applicable law. Nothing here removes a refund or other remedy required by law.
Connected services and availability
Some features require a third-party account, permissions, provider configuration or compatible hardware. Provider charges and terms may apply. Test your reception tablet, browser, printer and connected workflows before relying on them at a workplace.
A working connection is needed for attendance updates. Keep an appropriate fallback process for outages, device failure and emergencies. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular certification or an enterprise service level unless it is included in a separate written agreement.
Privacy and records
Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. Workplace retention choices apply to eligible visit records, not every record or copy. Export records you need before an applicable deletion policy removes them. Contact your workplace about attendance records and use the contact form for account or privacy assistance.
Service protection and ending use
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, misuse, legal requirement or an unpaid subscription. Where practical, we will explain the reason and a way to resolve it. Safety-related records must still be handled responsibly; a billing restriction is not an instruction to abandon your workplace procedures.
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription. Contact us about account closure and any records you need to retain or export. Cancellation does not mean that all records and independently held copies are immediately deleted.
Intellectual property
RE Technologies and its licensors retain rights in Arrivane’s software, branding and website content. Your subscription allows the authorised use of the service; it does not transfer those rights. Other product names on comparison pages belong to their respective owners and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. We do not use these terms to avoid responsibility that the law requires us to accept. If you believe the service has not met an applicable guarantee, contact us so the issue and available remedy can be considered.
Changes and questions
The date on this page identifies this version. Material changes to an existing paid agreement will be communicated before they take effect, with any choices required by the agreement or law. Use the Arrivane contact form for subscription questions, support or a complaint.
