Availability depends on your provider, permissions and configuration. External subscriptions, messaging and hardware charges are separate. Test each configured connection before relying on it at reception.
Pricing questions
How do meeting-room displays work?
Rooms belong to your organisation and can optionally be assigned to a location. One room is included per paid location. Additional rooms cost A$7 each per month, excluding tax. Adding a paid location can replace a paid extra room or expand your room allowance; Billing shows both options before confirmation. Room displays read Microsoft or Google resource calendars. Book meetings in your existing calendar; Book now is not included.
What happens at 100 sign-ins?
Each successful visitor arrival counts, including repeat visits. New arrivals pause at the Free limit until the next UTC calendar month or an upgrade. Departures, existing roll calls and visitor history remain available. Deleting eligible records through retention does not replenish the allowance.
What happens after the trial or cancellation?
You are never charged automatically after the no-card trial. Unpaid workspaces use Free. Paid cancellation takes effect at period end. Existing records remain subject to your retention policy; extra locations and configured arrival requirements need review before accepting arrivals on Free. Requirements are never silently bypassed.
Does everything include hardware and SMS?
Complete includes every available Arrivane software feature, within the workspace capacity disclosed before purchase. Devices, printers, external subscriptions and provider usage charges are separate. Configure and test notification channels before use.
Will existing subscriptions change price?
No. This offer applies to new purchases. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed price.
